Hello dear readers,
Today, I want to invite you into my Goan kitchen—a place where flavors, memories, and love all come together. Cooking, for me, is not just about preparing food—it’s about preserving traditions, creating joy, and nourishing hearts.

🌸 Cultural Memories of Goan Kitchens
This dish takes me back to childhood, where Sundays were always special. I remember the aroma of spices filling our home while my mother hummed softly in the kitchen.
We would all sit together around the table, waiting eagerly for the curry to be served. For me, Goan Fish Curry is not just a recipe—it’s a memory of togetherness, love, and home.
✨ Tips for the Perfect Goan Fish Curry
-
Always use fresh fish for the best flavor.
-
Adjust spice levels depending on your taste.
-
For a twist, add kokum peels instead of tamarind for tanginess.
💖 Cooking as Culture and Connection
Cooking has always been more than a task—it is storytelling through flavors. Just like my books, every recipe carries emotions, characters, and a connection to my roots.
It reminds me that stories aren’t only written in words—they are also cooked in kitchens, shared across tables, and cherished in hearts.
